Where is the Anti-Reliv information?

5 or 6 days ago I was selling some items on eBay. And since it was a "Free Listing Day" I decided to post a bunch of stuff about Reliv. I wanted to give people on eBay a chance to read some of the "facts" about Reliv and the dangers of using products that are high in Soy.

After making a couple of sales, I emailed the information to the people and within 10 minutes, ALL of my auctions were removed from eBay and I had also been suspended until I could fill out some forms and fax them in to eBay.

The reason, "The rights owner, Reliv International, Inc., notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights."

It took me 5 days to get an answer from Reliv about this and I believe the ONLY reason I got an answer at all from them was becasue I finally wrote eBay and told them Reliv was not responding and eBay sent them an email. :)

To make a long story short, there is NO anti-reliv information on the Internet as Reliv stops it. Their "Reliv" name is copyrighted and they put a stop to anyone who says anything bad about them. My question is, Where has our RIGHTS to Free Speech gone????

Intellectual property rights may protect a company but at the same time it also enables them to hide the bad as well. Something needs to change. Send me your posts and I will get them online.

I can't believe I am even taking time to respond to your post, but I'm afraid that you will do more harm to people to perpetuate false and incorrect information about Reliv. Everyone reading this, please do not base your opinion about Reliv products, nor soy consumption based on this one person's opinion because it's out dated and incorrect. Do the research and look at all the NEW research not just a few outdated and perpetuated myths. Look at the reality of what happens when people consume the product correctly and long term. Instead of being a self proclaimed "watchdog" you'll be an evangelist.

Hello - First of all I would like to thank you for visiting my Blog. It makes me really happy as I now know people are coming and reading what I have to say, even if you don't agree. :)

I would also REALLY ENCOURAGE readers to take the time to search out Soy for themselves on the Internet or other sources. I would suggest keeping an open mind as when you study with a bias you will NEVER find the truth and I suspect this is what happened with our poster above.

I was a Reliv Master Affiliate for 2+ years and sold almost 10,000 dollars a month. I have a lot of experence with Reliv and I have heard a LOT of stories. YES I know many people who have had Miricles in their lives due to Reliv and I know just as many who got results from Life-Force Products, Vibe, Hebalife, etc. And I know many who got no results from Reliv and many who said Reliv helped them but really their "cure" was due to other sources.

I just ask that you keep an OPEN mind, search for yourself, and don't jump on the band-wagon just because it appears to be covered in gold.

One of my former clients joined another MLM company after taking Reliv for 2 years. First of all I must say that she had results from Reliv but family was pushing her to try this new product. After just a short time on Dr. Organics products she said she had not felt this good in 50 years. The company pays better than Reliv if you are interested in the money parts and the products are Soy free.

I am searching for some back up to the claims of Reliv. My Mother said that her therapist just got her to buy some and she is hoping for a "cure" to her pain and fibromyalgia symptoms. My husband works for a Health Supplement company and I know how many supplements are available out there. My question is, "what is in RELIV?". There are prescription drugs that contain limited and controlled substances and then there are supplements. But no one supplement is going to heal everyone. With so many looking for a cure to their pain a MLM with only a marketing plan of healing stories is going to skyrocket. But where does the truth lie? Why are there very few negative reviews about this product? Why don't they every talk about what is in their product and the science behind it? Afraid of someone stealing it? Too afraid that we could get the same thing from a discount health supplement store? After finding that a website relivlawsuits.com was shut down by RELIV International, it seems the company is hushing anything using their name negatively.

Thank you for visiting my Blog. I understand many of your questions but due to the "Lack of Information" about Reliv it is really hard to answer many of your questions. I mentioned somewhere else that when we tried to contact Reliv with some questions they just told us to contact our upline, :) who didn't know the answers either.

I have "heard" many stories about people who have suffer from fibromyalgia and other pains "being cured" but I know none of them personally. Though it is true and that many things that we suffer from today are Vitamin related that does not mean that Reliv is the only cure. And it is very common to find Therapists, Chiropractors, etc recommending these products to patients as it's easy, extra money for them.

I don't want to discourage you from trying the Reliv products as they MIGHT help your mom with her problems.

I have some information that I found on the internet that I have not been able to get posted yet. But this is from a review on Reliv Classic or NOW by one user.

"Reliv damaged my body
by health10 ,Apr 20 '06

Pros: It is mixed with liquid and is fairly easy to take.
Cons: This product damaged my nervous system and I am ultrasensitive to certain medications now.

I took Reliv products for 5 months to help alleviate arthritis. I had some burning sensations under my skin, but continued taking it because the distributor said this was normal and would eventually go away, and I was going through detox. They also said I could take Reliv with medications, which I think is dangerous, after my experience. I finally quit taking it because I was having pain in my chest, burning under my skin, and throbbing in my head. It has been almost a year and a half since I quit taking it, and I am still having problems. I also have developed an ultrasensitivity to taking certain medications and vitamins. Taking Reliv was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I think these products should have to go through FDA approval. "

I still wonder about the lack of negative information about Reliv. I know they have stopped me twice from posting on eBay. The second time I was suspended from eBay for one week. :) But hopefully with my blog we will be able to find some people willing to post some more of the other side to Reliv.

I have heard a number of people talk about being able to buy products at their local health food store that are "as good" as Reliv. I don't know about this personally but it might be worth looking in to.

If you go to the Reliv website @ www.reliv.com you should be able to find some product information. I would hope that you should be able to get a list of ingredients in each of the products.

And lastly, if you decide not to try Reliv or if it does not work for you, I would suggest trying the Dr. Organics products. www.puredrorganics.com

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me at relivwatchdog@gmail.com
